An Envirocheck is a simple checklist of envrionmental best practice guidelines and legislative requirements. It is completely voluntary and confidential.

By participating in an Envirocheck, you can gain invaluable information on your businesses’ environmental compliance with legislative requirements.

Envirochecks are completed by representatives of MTA NSW and are free for all members of MTA NSW and MTA ACT.

Each participating business receives a confidential report detailing any required improvements, best practice suggestions and acknowledging the businesses’ positive environmental attributes.

Having your business Envirochecked is an easy way of making sure the business is meeting legislative requirements.

The business is wholly responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance with various environmental regulations as amended from time to time as applicable.

MTA NSW and MTA ACT expressly disclaim all and any liability to any person or business in respect of anything, and of the consequence of anything done in reliance (whether wholly or partially) on an Envirocheck or any documentation provided in the course of completing the Envirocheck.
