Last month, one of our members asked for assistance in addressing an Unfair Dismissal Application filed by a former employee. The case, which included a complex "late submission" from the applicant, was expertly managed by Ian Allt, our newest ER Team member.

Working closely with the member, Ian built a strong defence, leading to a decisive victory in court this month. The Deputy Commissioner fully supported our submission, affirming our expertise in handling such cases.
